Аннотация / Annotation:
A concept of a cognitive resource of a human being as majority of cognitive elements (actual and potential) related to international and activation structures, interaction of which provides effectiveness of cognitive activity and demonstrate various cognitive abilities, is represented. Importance of a cognitive resource of a human being in a process of education is shown. A main component of education is mutual intelligent activity and an attempt to determine a cognitive resource of mutual intelligent activity as a combination of individual resources of participants of mututal intelligent activity taking into account a role and contribution of participants is made.

Cognitive differentiation, intelligent and creativity of children in pre-school age

Аннотация / Annotation:
The results of two researches conducted among children in senior pre-school age, who are developed in a field of intelligence and creativity better than their counterparts, are represented. Specifics of intelligence, creativity, cognitive differentiation and integration, personal qualities and their ties are set for children of these two selections on the basis of methods of estimating a level of intelligence, cognitive differentiation and integration, personal qualities and creativity. Development of children in senior pre-school age having high intelligence is charactersized with intensification of processes of cognitive integration and for creative children with processes of differentiation. Interaction of a level of development of intelligence, creativity, some personal qualities of children with their level of cognitive differentiation is shown.

Emotional intelligence as a condition of self-regulation of senior teenagers

Аннотация / Annotation:
The results of investigation of emotional intelligence of 11th grade’s pupils of a special school are represented. It is shown that a level of its development in a senior teen age is related to individual traits of emotional and social self-regulation. It is stated that senior teenagers having a low emotional intelligence are more anxious in various live situations and have fixations on negative emotions; they are suspicious, touchy, and unfriendly people. Their counterparts with high emotional intelligence have got developed skills in self-regulation in communications and behavior and pro-social focus.

In this article author reveals the condition of realization the inclusive educational system in Neryungri district, the problem of transformation pedagogical identity, pedagogical sight on the system of parenting and education and system of social relationship. In general, we may see experience or practical realization implementation in particular introduction of inclusive education specialists from PMPC. Considering the fact that the teachers job have a big importance in the system of inclusive education , it is necessary to develop and implement a complex of measures for psychological support and hold of teachers and specialists in the SPS implementation of inclusive education.
