Studying a foreign language at the technical university should be focused on the development of the communicative qualities of the students; it increases the effectiveness of their second language acquisition. The main idea of the personalisation of their education in a foreign language should be done in accordance with the communicative qualities of the learners. One of the most important characteristics of educational and methodical materials which are designed for use by adult students is the presence of problems and test questions.

In this article psychological and pedagogic principals of formation of a “flying person” are regarded, as well as the role of miraculous world in education, that is growing and expanding human characteristics: conscience, decency, goodness, honor, unselfishness. Problems of patriotism and orthodoxy contemplation of inner self in the professional development of pilots are discussed.

The article describes the dynamics of the cooperative intellectual activity throughout the training cycle in groups with different interpersonal relationships in a group of students to perform the task individually.

It is shown that not all children are able to constructively resolve conflicts dominate protective behaviors and aggressive tendencies prevail. On a number of factors in students an increased and high levels of anxiety that affects their academic performance and social adjustment. And the girls have a higher degree of adaptability than boys.
