Psychological reserves for modernization of professional education in educational organizations

Аннотация / Annotation:
This article deals with psychological phenomena, which are potential sources of professional education modernization in Russia, according to the author. The analysis of professional graphic study is made, structure of competence and competency is grounded, a psychological mechanism of shaping competencies in educational process is determined. For all unused sources of modernization summary conclusions are made as well as recommendations for their use as reserves for modernization of professional education in line with the competence-based approach.

The article contains analysis of central tenets of humanistic psychology and of those difficulties that appear in the process of its application in contemporary education. Various directions of humanistic psychology are considered in the context of contradictions of post-industrial society. The text shows the reasons of psychological reductionism within the modern market economy. It also represents the analysis of unproductive and productive psychological orientation in the context of pedagogy.

Established the psychological characteristics of the relationship of neuropsychic stability and accuracy of haptic perception. The author develops the idea that education, involving intensive development of the sensuous sphere, to develop the accuracy of the functioning of perceptual processes and contributes to the development of the students.

The article deals with the problem of the need for affiliation – need to be with other people, to enter the society, to establish friendly relations, to cooperate. Communication in adolescence acts as a condition of successful socialization and identity formation. The results of the study showed that the need for affiliation among modern older Teens actualizarea through the type of interpersonal relations, character traits, desire for acceptance and fear of rejection of the peer group.

The problem of overloading of pupils in homework as a consequence of the implementation of selfish and defensive motives by teacher-manipulator is discussed in this article. It is analyzed the professional characteristics of teachers who are prone to excess amount of homework for pupils. Methods have been developed to overcome the manipulative deformations of pedagogical activity in the aspect of optimizing the educational load of pupils by means of the forming experiment.

E-learning features allow the full potential of the variability for the students individual learning, and rise the employability.
