Article is devoted to the analysis of process of a sensetransfer in the learning process. The sensetransfer is understood as one of the main psychological mechanisms which are switched on in educational activity. The theory of psychological systems is used as a theoretical and methodological bases of research of the sensetransfer. Results of empirical studying of features of a sensetransfer of teachers in different sociocultural situations in the learning process are presented.

The paper presents a psychoeducational technology of students’ professionally-oriented communicative competence development in a foreign language in a research-based university. Its components (diagnostic, motivational, reflective, organizational and actional) are described. The results of implementing the technology developed in the case of engineering students are discussed. The specificity in manifestation of engineering students’ personal and communicative potential has been shown as well as the relationships between these parameters and students’ communicative competence in a foreign language.

The article aims to identify formed in professorial-pedagogical competences and the challenges he faced in implementing the Federal state educational standard of the third generation. Leading methods to the study of this problem has become a reflexive method, presented in the form of self-assessment and self-reporting when completing questionnaires. The main results of this study can be considered statistically confirmed the conclusion that no matter how formed at the teacher’s competence depends on the list of difficulties he has to face both at the level of psycho-pedagogical and methodological level.

Inclusion of sexuality in an educational process is the requisite for pedagogical innovation springing from the social development logic aimed at reducing and compensating the different forms of inequalities. Impediment to it is a normativeness of the pedagogic activities which constitute the inequalities in educational process. The normativness demonizes sexuality manifestations both in students and teachers, making the worthless of such substantial constituent of individual corporeality and setting the particular model of normative personality relations. This type of intra- and inter- personal relations, according with theoretical assumptions, may have psychological outcome as decrease in criticality, self-sufficiency and versatility of thinking. The article refers to empirical evidences of positive influence of teacher’s sexuality manifestations on his students (according to the data of scientific review).
