Features of professional identity of gifted students in distance education

The article deals with the features of self identity of gifted adolescents on different stages of their development. Features of personal and professional identity are compared depending on the profile of additional education. Features of the choice of future profession by students of different additional education profiles are analyzed. It is concluded that the level of self identity of gifted students is related to their age. In senior students it is more pronounced. Students’ interests in different profiles are not always related to the profile of education. Accordingly gifted students consider additional education as a launching pad for preparing for the final examination.

Category spirituality as the basis of choice between moral and material basis for the cadets is the most relevant component of the values of the relevant values.

The research of strategy features psychological protection and resilience mechanisms of seniors with the different levels of a psychological personal space sovereignty is presented in the following article. The results explained in article are received by the means of the diagnostic techniques adapted by D.A. Leontyev, developed by S.K. Nartova-Bochaver. The studied personal characteristics represent the substantial sphere of the personal space phenomenon investigated with the help of subjective and environmental approaches. In addition, we learnt that life style defines the strategy of people’s actions aimed at protection of personal space in the dimensional construct.

The article deals with the problem of the relationship between emotional intelligence and personal characteristics of adolescents with different types of the picture of the world. Personal characteristics, not being a component of emotional intelligence, determine the processes of understanding and perception of emotions, and the image of the world, in turn, determines the perception of the surrounding world and the process of forming an emotional attitude towards it. The results of the research showed the specifics of the interrelationships of emotional intelligence and personality traits.

The results of empirical study of two structural components of professional identity model (PI) of the teacher – “cooperation with colleagues” and “professional representation behavior.” Comparative analysis of the content and the components of correlations in the general model of PI made on the material of the two samples: the teachers of Smolensk and Riga high schools (N=198). The findings argue in favor of the hypothesis of the model PI teacher relate similar and different elements in the UI of the two samples indicates its problem areas.

The authors empirically prove that levels of verbal creativity and life’s comprehension are significantly different at students with different degree of sense of humour, and their life-sense strategies differ in structure.
