The principles of the prevention of interpersonal conflicts

Страницы / Pages: 5-12

Аннотация / Annotation:
The article is devoted to the problem of the prevention of interpersonal conflicts. It justifies the presence of four evolutionary levels of reflection in the psyche: the unconsciousness, the subconsciousness, the consciousness, the superconsciousness. It’s shown that the unconsciousness and the subconsciousness have a significant influence on human behavior in a conflict. Seven principles of the prevention of interpersonal conflicts are justified. The maintaining of an approximate balance of services, damage, roles, self-esteem and external evaluation, interdependence in decisions and actions in the relationship contributes to the prevention of interpersonal conflicts. The minimization of negative emotions in the occurrence of problems with others also helps to avoid conflicts. It’s important to be able to resolve interpersonal problems by non-conflict ways: through cooperation, compromise, avoidance or concession.
