Аннотация / Annotation:
Analysis of influence of new goals and tasks of formation of ‘clever’ economy on changing of a social order for education to a priority development of a human capital of the country and regions is represented in the article. Importance of inclusion of school and pedagogic education into regional mental and cultural environment for achievement new goals of optimal quality of education and training is stated. A review in brief of some valuable specifics of population in Krasnoyarsk region is given, and a model of their consideration in new educational standards and practices is represented. A conclusion of necessity of inclusion of psychological innovations into a new school and pedagogic environment is made. A model of development of KGPU in the name of V.P. Astafiev as a possible basic center of teachers’ training is represented.

Psychological conditions of support of a new quality of education stated in new President’s Initiative ‘Russian New School’ are considered in the article. It is set that new quality of education fixed in educational initiatives of the President takes attention to different elements of an educational environment, which support the quality of education. And the main factor here is a human factor. It is shown that the basic condition of implementation of a strategic line of development of education is a conceptual component of social and cultural experience.

Basic components of personal development of children in school in conditions of education through various educational technologies, for example the system of D.B. Elkonin-V.V. Davydov and traditional program and theory of activity are analyzed in the article. Levels, objects and ways of reflection of texts, proposed for discussing by graduates of these educational technologies are determined; possible self-identifications and motives of graduates in situations, described in texts are shown. The contents of any characteristics of self-identification and reflection as basic technological mean of subjective reality are represented.

Interpersonal Relations between Children in Inclusive Groups in a Kindergarten

The results of experimental research of relations between children in inclusive groups of a kindergarten are represented. Similarity of interpersonal relations between children in inclusive groups and multiage groups is investigated. Domination of a definite type of relations between children having different levels of development is set in comparing with children in homogeneous groups. It is shown that the main factor effecting on relations between children is a style of pedagogic communication of an educator with children. Variants of influencing of a style of relations between children on relations between children in inclusive group of a kindergarten are considered.

The problem of personal development of children being in a foster care is set. Self-identification of personality is described as a complex structured mental state. The accent is made on necessity of individual approach in organization of psychological support of personal development of children, being in foster care, and necessity of specific research in this field. Data of psychological research of specifics of self-identification of a personality of children in high school are given. Data of correlation analysis comparing parameters of self-identification of high schoolchildren, being in foster care, in details are investigated.
