Аннотация / Annotation:
Ratio between motivation and stimulation of determination of various structures of integral individuality in a teenage is investigated in the article. Using this way and analyzing data we can say that priority is in a principle ‘external through internal’, i.e. dependence between mental properties of a subject and his/her activity, where properties do not only arise but also develop. It meets the ring dependence ‘subject-object-subject’.

An ability to use main ideas of cultural and historic psychology and developmental psychology related to an act of development and its cultural consideration in a case of investigating building of intimate and personal relations is considered. A theoretical platform of a research concerning intimate and personal relations as an act of subjectivity and a transfer to a new life based on existential values is represented. Mediation of this transfer we can use differentiation of initial and repeated signs by D.B. Elkonin. A keyline of a draft of further inversigations is given.

Аннотация / Annotation:
This article presents the results of students studies with high and low levels of competitiveness and proves the need for a systematic approach to identify gender specific integral individuality structures of boys and girls. Integrative approach allows to explore the individuality of young people as a complicated interaction synthesis of biologically and socially conditioned subsystems of a large system «human society». Also, we show that the competitiveness of a systemic factor in the development of boys and girls students integral individuality structures and it marks gender specific. The study has found that the highly competitive students have more pronounced gender differences.

Аннотация / Annotation:
An analysis of structures of integral individuality of teachers of a secondary school dependning on stages of their professional activity is represented. Interactions between properties of four levels of integral individuality of teachers including neurodynamic, psychodynamic, personal and social-psychological one are investigated. Dymanics of ratio between higher and lower levels depending on a length of professional activity is set. It is proved that in initial period of teaching activity a role of the lowest level (neurodynamic) is the main one. In the medium period of teaching a role of higher level (social-psychological) is growing. Further we can find a combination of multilevel qualities including higher and lower levels of integral individuality. And a key role in development of integral individuality of professional teachers is taken by a personal level.

Insufficient degree of information of teaching work was found in the external aspect (lack of technical equipment) and in the inner aspect of the (lack of morphological elements inherent in the work of information nature). These reasons reduce the effectiveness of teaching work.

A research covers consideration of an actual problem of support of balance of processes of socialization and individualization of a human being. Russian and foreign scientific literature on the given problem is analyzed. It is concluded within the frameworks of an experimental research that conform behavior of children in a pre-school age is related to high self-concept of a child, and its level depends on a level and structure of self-concept; conformity is also based on situational, group, and personal factors. This research enables to develop knowledge in a field of description of conformity as a phenomenon of conformity of children in a pre-school age.
