The concept of the subject professional position of teacher- psychologist is examined, as leading component of which acknowledges value or value- semantic. The typology of the values of the professional activity of the teacher- psychologist is based and described: humanistic value- purposes, value- means, value- quality, value- relation, the value of self-development- self assertion. The possibilities of guaranteeing the mastery of values by student- psychologists in the process of preparation in Institute of Higher Education are planned.

The actual problems of vocational guidance work with young people, the activities of the psychological service Center Career Guidance and prevocational training Volga State Technological University. It is shown that the psychological work is intended to create a training opportunity productive solutions central tasks of age and mentally competent to enter them into meaning, purpose, content of professional activities, especially its development and implementation , to ensure the transformation of a student from the object of pedagogical influence in the subject of vocational education, professional development to ensure conditions individual at all stages of life. The results of a longitudinal study profdiagnosticheskogo individual psychological characteristics of the individual in the process of choosing a profession, which showed that many applicants choose the economic direction of training is being coordinated with the peculiarities of character and remain insufficient demand technical occupations requiring responsibility, accuracy, perseverance, pedantry.

In this work a theatrical practice, which is thematically adapted to a sociopsychological educational course, is presented and tested. This practice enables a teenager to try out roles of the Playwright and Director, both of which require creation of a plan and its implementation to manage of processes of others. The presented results of an empirical study show an “increment” in a number of individual subjective management position resources, such as communicational activity, initiative in generating and proposing ideas to age-mates, ability to organize implementation and ability to go through with these ideas.
