The causes and mechanisms of the deterioration of historical memory in the information society are revealed. The patterns of short-term memory development at the expense of long-term memory in the conditions of modern education are shown. The contradictory relationship of memory, attention and abstract thinking in the paradigms of classical and post-classical learning is analyzed.

The purpose of the article was to develop recommendations for the formation of a sustainable employer brand by the state civil service with the aim of attracting and retaining young professionals. On the basis of the author’s questionnaire, the subjective attitude of respondents to work in the bodies of the state civil service in Russia.

The article presents a comparative analysis of the data on the components “Professional roles” of two representative samples (N = 631), who took part in the Russian-Latvian project on the study of the professional identity (PI) of the teacher. Through the specially created questionnaire, the repertoire and the hierarchy of professional roles, characteristic of the modern school teacher of the two countries, were revealed. Data were compared with the results of a similar survey of university teachers in Smolensk (Russia) and Riga (Latvia). The analysis allows to point out the essential characteristics, features and problems in educational systems based on the analyzed structural component of the PI.

In this paper, the concept of the GRID by R. Blake and J. Mouton is discussed in detail, its main methodological and theoretical positions, including the model of The Managerial Grid, are singled out. Together with the description of styles of the leadership of the theory of GRID, a typology of styles of subordinates is given, also presented in the concept of Blake-Mouton. The author pays special attention to the 3-level structure of the practical application of the concept of GRID in the development of a modern organization.
