Аннотация / Annotation:
The article is represented as methodological notes. The staring point is in understanding of anthropology of education as a content problem dimension. The problem is characteristics of education in various spheres. These points are set and shown: 1) statuses of anthropology of education (onthologistic, methodological, and categorical); 2) attributive characteristics (ambivalence, latency, dialog, proneness to conflict); 3) modus of being (self-regulation, establishment, newsworthiness).

The problem of modernization of Russian pedagogic education in conditions of implementation of the national educational initiative ‘Russian New School’ is considered. Development of social and cultural competence of a teacher is reasoned as a strategic way of modernization of training and retraining system for a teaching staff. Author’s model of social and cultural competence of a teacher and technologies of its development are represented. Experience of work of KGPU in the name of V.P. Astafiev in a field of development of social and cultural competence of teachers is analyzed.
