A potential of educational design for developing human technologies at a research university

Аннотация / Annotation:
Theoretical and methodical material concerning a problem of development of human technologies at a research university is represented in the article. Educational design is considered from the position of anthropological and human approaches; and it is determined as a method of development of societies in social and human projects initiated by subjects at research universities. Development of societies as a special subject and the result of educational design is determined as a condition of development of human contents of technologies in social and human projects.

An issue of ability to integrate a system anthropological psychology into a field of pedagogic anthropology is discussed. System pedagogic anthropology is considered as a variant of integration of postneoclassical ideas into a theory and practice of education. Challenges of development of a system pedagogic anthropology according to objective tendency of development of a science and its paradigm dynamics are shown.

A description of an experimental research conducted for investigating strategies of life self-actualization of people, specifics of which is set through social and cultural identity in a combination with dominating motivation to success, is represented; and they provide dynamics of valuable and axiological fullfillment of life dimension. It is shown that a positive sign of social and cultural identity and domination of motivation of success support the greatest dynamics of life self-actualization, and it enables to react to found abilities that are important for a human being.

A strategic line of life self-actualization (static or dynamic one) is charecterized by its dynamics, a method of organization (self-organization) of life and its specifics.
