The materials of the reserach of a phenomenon ‘credibility/uncredibility’ on various selections of students having various parameters of innovative activity and various experience of inclusion into innovative activity are represented in the article. The results of approbation in various educational programs specially developed modules of psychological and educational support of professional training focused on actualization and development of credibilty are discussed.

SOLVING OF A RESEARCH TASK AS AN INFORMATION PROCESS BY A PERSON

Аннотация / Annotation:
Charecteristics of getting information by a person solving a simple research task of categories recognition in a concept apparatus of an educational course are analyzed. Solving a set task we need to get 30-50 bits of information as munimum. An analysis of individual dynamics of a solution demonstrates that solving a task is possible when one portion of information for one time is more that 10 bits.

Subjective character of children and family relations as a condition of development of a language competence of a child in a primary school

The results of a research of social and cultural reasons of development of language competences of a child in pre-school age are represented. It is shown that relations within the frameworks of children and family as a collective subject in combination with non-expressed style preferences in education are a core of a model of social and cultural reasons of development of language competences of a child in pre-school age. A collective subject ‘parent-child’ supports system-forming, developing and compentsatory functions related to various biological and cultural influences on development of speech of a child.

It is shown that sovereignty of personality can be expressed as an ability to interact with culture (subject and social world), and it enables to support system complexity of a life world of a human being on a life-long basis. An experimental research enables to show openness of sovereignty people for actions in changing and uncertian circumstances and high risk of refuse of actions and stopping activities of deprivated respondents and the most expressed of concept of subjective, author’s position of relation to a life, planned actions, various characters of reflection, dimension of self-actualization, and activities of sovereignty people and deprivated people.

Practicability of psychological prevetion of emotional burning of students-graduates of a medical university on a stage of their transfer to a professional environment is reasoned. In a selection of 700 people there is moving of parameters of emotional burning to high values. Abilities of integration of subject and professional and psychological preventive contents of professional training of specialists in medical universities having academic, innovative and technological, and humane traditions of teaching are considered.

As key prerequisites determining effectiveness of development of a young person in a profession, a process of inclusion of a newcomer into a group of experts in a system of state civil service we can see complexes of cognitive individual specifics and parameters of a locus of control. A system of training of youth to state service within the frameworks of a project ‘Youth Staff Reserve of the Government of Moscow’ implemented by the State Budgetary Institution of Moscow’ ‘Grazhdanskaya Smena’, is analyzed as an innovative system in its psychological fundamentals and pedagogic results. The published experimental data are the basis for developing professional graphic profile of a specialist of state civil service of the Russian Federation.
