An ability to resolve internal personal conflicts provides life-long self-actualization and self-education of a person.

Psychological characteristics of professional self-determination senior school revitalization the Chechen Republic

Аннотация / Annotation:
The article reveals the psychological characteristics of professional self-determination graduates of educational institutions of the Republic of Chechnya. The author explores the psychological barriers to the development of professional self-determination graduates. The study is the analysis of the sources of professional self-determination and the results of work on the understanding of professional identity in chronological sequence, which were supported by “lodging” upcoming life events in game situations. The author concludes that the establishment of a professional opinion on the adequacy of professional self-determination lyceumist talent helps him to confront the negative impact to the environment, and provides a relatively sustainable development subject at the end of the Lyceum in a rapidly changing social and professional environment. Formation of the trainee’s conviction was based on the understanding of the dynamics and patterns of changes in patterns of professional self-determination, timely impact on the ones that lead to a sustainable system for the civil service.

Psychological types of military womans as result of the development their professional identity

The paper studies the psychological characteristics of the development of professional identity among female soldiers. The study had identified four types of female military personnel: professional prototype, dynamic, family oriented, social oriented, and two types of female soldiers are unique to the sample of respondents satisfied profession: plastic and work oriented. Have been allocated a number of components of the development of professional identity among female soldiers, namely, the development of professional identity through role-playing activity and ability to differentiate the gender of the personal and professional roles, and the development of professional identity through the orientation of the individual to self-development, including professional, by focusing on labor as a source of material well-being, the development of professional identity as a continuation of family traditions, the development professional identity by adopting a professional prototype.

Differences in national and linguistic affiliation at schools of the South Russian region, on the one hand, are the barriers to the success of training. On the other hand they become an occasion of ethnic and cultural confrontation. We consider the idea of a school-based multi-ethnic centre for the migrants’ children to teach them the Russian language. From a psychological point of view, justified the constructive potential of teaching staff for the organization of the centers. Noticed the positive dynamics (compared to a decade ago) in the manifestation of teachers’ willingness of to work effectively in a multicultural school environment.
