Аннотация / Annotation:
The paper refers to the analysis of the research results related to different educability markers of teenagers that have either high or low creativity level. Significant differences between teenagers with high and low creativity level in thinking flexibility, intellectual lability, intellectual economy efficiency are shown. Some peculiarities of general intellectual abilities of those teenagers are illustrated. The research is based upon Z.I. Kalmikova’ approach towards educability and is devoted to the way how educability and creativity as the most important exponents of success in teenagers’ learning are related to each other.

Adaptation readiness of the first-grader identity depending on the learning environment

The article presents the results of theoretical and empirical study on the adaptation readiness of pupils of primary school. The study involved first-graders (n=132) and class teachers (n=4). Application of the complex psychological and pedagogical methods: the author’s profile (for the study of adaptation readiness for the five values), «The scheme monitoring the effectiveness of adaptation and learning activities of students» (by Eskina E.S, Bolbot T.L.) – allowed us to study adaptation readiness of first-graders in depending on the learning environment. The applied aspect of the research problem can be implemented in practice of psychological services.

The article studies peculiarities of self-regulation in adolescents with dependent behavior. Analyzes characteristic features of adolescence. A brief overview of approaches to the study of factors of alcohol dependence. Shows the role of self-regulation in the development of alcohol dependence. It is established that alcohol use by adolescents can be regarded as an inadequate way of coping with stress, due to intrapersonal conflict. Describes effects of stressful situations and their consequences. The necessity of studying the problem of the formation of alcohol dependence in adolescence. The data obtained can be used in prophylactic measures, the implementation of the principles of differentiated instruction, as well as when conducting studies to improve the system of self-regulation.

BUORNOUT SYNDROME AMONG TEACHERS WITH DIFFERENT LEVELS OF REACTIVE AGGRESSION

The article presents the results of empirical research of emotional burnout among teachers with different levels of reactive aggression. It was revealed that the burnout syndrome, emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, reduction of professional achievements are more pronounced in women teachers with a high level of reactive aggression compared with women teachers with low levels of reactive aggression. Also it found that a higher degree of emotional exhaustion is typical for women teachers with high levels of reactive aggression compared to male teachers with high levels of reactive aggression.

Highlighted the need for early neuropsychological diagnostics and targeted psycho-pedagogical interventions in the context development of the regulatory functions in preschool children.
