The paper presents an analytical review to “Working concept of giftedness” and deals with the conditions and principles for the development of gifted children, contributing to the implementation of knowledge motivation and satisfaction of their need for autonomy in the learning process. The article stresses the idea of creating an educational environment that activates the development of creative potential of gifted children. It outlines the issues of organization of psychological and pedagogical support of gifted children.

The program of intellectual and personal development of preschool children in organized information space is submitted, factors and psychology and pedagogical conditions of formation of information space are defined. Verification of the effectiveness of the author’s program is presented.

Interrelation of emotional intelligence of students and perception of non-verbal information

The perception of non-verbal information by students was assessed and its connection with their emotional intelligence was revealed. The sample consisted of 51 subjects. Emotional intelligence was assessed using the EmIn test. To examine the influence of non-verbal information on the learning process, a specially created questionnaire was used. It is shown that the students evaluate the impact of nonverbal information on the educational process in different ways, and this largely depends on the level of development of their emotional intelligence.

The article deals with the actual problem of modern education – the problem of cognitive motivation. The authors considers the structure of motivation in general and the learning motivation. On this topic, theoretical developments of native and foreign authors, as well as experimental research data, are presented. Learning motivation is considered within the framework of the modern social and educational situation. The article reveals the unique features of the modern generation Z, the conditions in which the generation develops and their impact on the dynamics of cognitive motivation in learning activity. As one of the methods for increasing the level of learning motivation, inquiry activity is offered on the example of the International Baccalaureate program.

The results of a study of social representations about conscience in senior pupils are presented, depending on their religious identity. High school students who consider themselves believers have a more complete and clear idea of ​​the phenomenon of conscience than their non-believing peers. In the group of believing adolescents they more often agree with the statements that characterize the essential aspects of the concept of conscience, and a group of non-believers statistically more often agrees with the need for conscience for a person in modern life.

Gender differences in academic procrastination among university students

The paper presents the research results in the field of gender differences in academic procrastination. The procrastination features are described in the context of students’ abilities to adjust to learning activities demands. It is shown that academic procrastination manifestation varies due to the students’ gender, and the variation reflects gender norms content. The problem of social construction of procrastination manifestation at universities is touched upon, and further research questions are suggested.

Social representations of the “work” of employees of organizations in the context of the inter-agriculture work of the consultant on management as a system of modern methods of education of adults (by the example of organs of interior, construction and high-tech companies)

The article is devoted to the psychological support of the process of training employees of law enforcement agencies, construction and high-tech companies to take decisions, implemented by a management consultant. The accompaniment is presented as a system of modern methods of psychological work: intergroup work, including the results of a comparative analysis of social perceptions of “work.” The analysis of various approaches to the concept of intergroup work of the management consultant is carried out. Through the results of a comparative analysis of the social notions of “work” conducted on polar samples (policemen n = 142, builders n = 156, IT specialists n = 229), empirically revealed differences in social perceptions of “work” depending on the profession. It is proved that the analysis of differences and similarities in social perceptions of the work of employees of various organizations can be used as a basis for the intergroup work of the management consultant.
