Аннотация / Annotation:
An attempt to determine and describe levels of implementation of pedagogic priorities set in the Concept of moral and spiritual development and education of a citizen of Rusia in higher education is made. A comparative analysis is given, and technocratic, humane and anthropological models of education are correlated. Pedagogic activity is considered as one of forms of anthropo-practice i.e. a practice of humane education of a human being. Necessity of involvement of children into traditional spiritual culture is reasoned.

Types of mediacy are considered as methods of organization of educational communities in psychology of future teachers and psychologiets at a university. A context of consideration is an idea of axiological, concept mediacy developed in cultural and historic psychology and in a theory of developing education. Pedagogic subculture mediated through formal terminological knowledge is compared with educational community mediated through dialogical concept contents.

COGNITIVE INTERESTS OF LONELY ELDERLY PEOPLE

The results of a research shows that lonely elderly people have several cognitive interests such applied for example – law, healthy lifestyle, gardening, houskeeping, etc.; but there are also not applied interests. It is investigated that in old age breadth of interests decreases. There is no connection of breadth of cognitive interests of elderly people and a place of their residence in town or in country. But breadth of cognitive interests of lonely elderly people is related to a status of their health: results shows that cognitive interests are expressed intensively in a group of people having the first category of disability. The data can be used in organizing education for elderly people.

Absence or insufficiency of security of the child in the educational environment of preschool institution are fraught with that create feeling of disbelief in the forces, the weakest responsibility, absence of aspiration to the purpose, loneliness, conformism and so forth. All this interferes with full development of the personality, undermines an initiative of children. Having discussed both these and other problems of psychological safety, and having exchanged experience at a seminar of experts of Israel and Russia (MGPPU), it is offered to use multidimensional Israeli model of overcoming of a stress in preparation of teachers and parents for the help to children in difficult, stressful situations. This approach can be considered also as one of development tools of the child parental relations and prevention of social deviations of children.
