The article examines the extent of the problem of improving the motivational mechanism in continuous occupa-flexible-learning process in the following aspects: determining the aggregate a set of methodological approaches of design; organize Ter-monologicheskoj system research; on the basis of the philosophy promoted Namaste, systemic and transdisciplinary approaches developed conceptual model of motivational mechanism in a single occupa-trade-educational activities by breaking the laws of its functioning in compliance with the priority pedagogical approach; principles of designing motivational IU-charisma in vocational and educational process and formulates rules for their implementation; on the basis of principles and rules developed the normative model of improving motivation mechanism.

Professional Identity of Master’s Students: Problems of Formation

Аннотация / Annotation:
The article considers results of research of professional identity of Masters students. The problem is that although this level of study belongs to the category of professional training, but, as practice shows, not all students are developing professional identity. People with no clear career goals or experiencing a crisis of professionalization can apply for a master’s program. Therefore, it is necessary to think about the nature of professional identity in the process of training on master’s programs, as well as ways of its formation. On example of the training of students on the master’s programs in the direction “Psychology” of HSE were identified features of professional identity of students from different masters programs, a comparison of peculiarities of professional identity of psychology students and students of other specialties. The study has an applied character. The results can be useful in organizing the training of psychology students in graduate school.

Development of students cognitive abilities by means of a foreign language

We studied the characteristics of cognitive abilities and its development in process of the systematic implementation of the grammar and vocabulary exercises for the students of the faculty of foreign languages pedagogical universities. The students showed improvement in logical and mechanical memory, quick thinking and the mobility of nervous processes. It shows that the most significant for the successful foreign language proficiency are memory, attention, emotional-volitional personality traits, motivation and introversion.

The article presents a program of experimental studies of the fact how contemporary young people choose the profile of training in high school. The empirical base of research is supported by Belgorod State National Research University. The study involved first-year students 158 people in total. The following profiles of study were analyzed: legal, physical and mathematical, economic and geological and geographical. Particular attention was paid to the discussion and analysis of gender-specific motivation students to choose different profiles of learning.
