In the article the problem of organization of interaction of subjects of educational process taking into account modern requirements to it. A systematic approach allows you to interact at a higher level, to achieve a synergistic effect. Organization of educational process in the framework of a systemic approach allows you to change its focus: from training to personal developing. The article highlights methods of organization of educational process in the framework of the system approach.

Gender features of empathy modern teenagers

Currently in the educational environment there is a high level of aggressive behavior among students for the prevention of which requires the development of empathy. The article describes the severity of the components of empathy in adolescents (n=36) indicated gender differences. Empathy has the ability of development, and adolescence is key in the process of formation of the emotional-volitional regulation of the person.

Motivation to the study: methodological aspects of the cognitive approach

The paper contains a review of theoretical positions and methods for solving the problem of motivation for learning based on the achievements of cognitive science. Two author’s techniques are presented in addition to the existing approaches: 1) working memory computer trainers on the target content; 2) the methodology of using heuristic conversation as a tool for correcting mental models of a student.

The problem of the role of agency of junior pupils in achieving functional literacy is discussed. Two components of agency are distinguished: moral-ethical and creative-transforming. In the article the integrative position reveals the characteristics of extroverts and introverts. It is shown that extroverts are subject to reciprocal relationships between the natural and the social. Introverts, conversely, between social and natural. Extroverts are located in the plane of a linear space, introverts are nonlinear. The versatility of the basic properties of integral individuality ensures the harmony and success of the adaptive activities of those and other subjects.

The article presents the historiographical review of the social intelligence (SI) investigations of Russian and foreign psychologists in concern with the SI influence on the military psychologist’s professional efficacy. It is the observation of different conceptual approaches towards the SI nature and its place in the cognitive sphere of personality. The models of SI functions and structure are also presented. The article resumes the results of the researches of social intelligence as a factor of the professional efficacy of the psychologist in general and the military psychologist in particular. The conclusion on the SI importance for the psychologist’s successful interaction with military men is made.
