At the present time in the existing system of education there are several main approaches to entrepreneurial training of students: the first approach is aimed at a detailed study of its basic foundations; the second approach is aimed at the development of specialized and personal competencies of future professionals. This is determined by the fact that science and related techniques of graduation have become more intensively developed, which are focused on the financial socialization of students, which implies the development of the possibility of mastering financial experience, its processing, reproduction in the upcoming financial activities, as well as the organic entry into the social environment and obtaining economic status.

About the methods of performance evaluation

The important role of evaluating performance in ensuring effectiveness of work activity and preventing conflicts caused by different evaluations of the same results ofevaluator and estimated personis substantiated in the article. Five main ways of evaluating performance are revealed through comparing them: with the purpose of activity; with the ideal solution to the problem of the submission of the evaluator; with the beginning of the activity; with the results of other people or organizations performing similar work; with the requirements of regulatory documents to the quality of this work activity. It is shown that we more often evaluate other people by what they did not manage to do as compared with what is possible, but more often a person evaluates himself by what he has done. The recommendations to improve objectivity and reduce the conflict potential of evaluating performance are proposed.
