STUDY OF PROBLEMS AS A STRAIN OF PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND OF SUCCESSFUL TRAINING OF PSYCHOLOGISTS

Аннотация / Annotation:
Attention is drawn to academics on the advisability of incorporating into the curriculum of vocational training, especially psychologists and teachers of the academic discipline as “Psychohygiene and psychoprophylaxis professional deformations of the individual.” Deepened understanding of the phenomenon of “professional deformation”, which are understood the change of mental structure, personality traits influenced performance of professional duties. The concepts behind the structure of professional deformation. It is concluded that in the domestic and foreign psychology there is no single point of view on the structure of professional deformation. Thus, E.F. Zeer classifies professional deformation based on four levels of their manifestations, A.K. Markova – on major trends and A. Pines and E. Aronson, A. Shirom understand the professional deformation as a one-dimensional structure; D.V. Dierendonck, W. Schaufeli, H.J. Sixma – as a two-dimensional design; B. Perlman and E. Hartman, C. Maslach and S. Jackson, as well as B.A. Farber are three of the construct of professional deformation, and G.N. Firth and A. Mims, E.F. Iwanicki and R.L. Schwab are professional deformation as a four-factor model, where in addition to emotional exhaustion and depersonalization of reduced professional achievement is divided into two: the depersonalization associated with the work, and depersonalization associated with the recipients.
