In article research of ideas of the right is given in public consciousness during various historical periods, since primitive society to the present. Legal representations as reflection of level of social development of the person are analysed. Essential similarity between motives of observance of the right at modern children and ancient, medieval people is revealed. Age features of development of legal consciousness are defined. At children’s age the foundation of legal representations is laid. At teenage age legal concepts are formed. Driving force of development of legal consciousness at youthful age is self-determination and self-realization of the personality. Young specialists tend developments of legal consciousness in the course of professional activity.

It is noted that the preparation of a significant part of teaching materials, in particular, the stock of lectures (materials of lectures) and recommendations of the workshop, beyond proclaimed at the present stage of the educational paradigm and of the principle of freedom of education. It is proved that irrational built methodical work at the high school distracts a teacher from solving important scientific problems and leads to plagiarism. It is concluded that the most important problem of education to be addressed, is the search of reasonable volume of teaching materials, that are used to teach at the high school.
