Contact work of students in the electronic information and educational environment

The article gives the author’s definition of contact work of students, to which he refers both work with teachers and interactive training sessions in digital (electronic) environments. It shows the change in the functions performed by teachers in modern didactics, which corresponds to the technological equipment of exclusively e-learning. However, it is necessary to create a favorable legislative field that includes an exhaustive list of functions of the electronic information and educational environment.

This article explores the concept of a smart contract from the point of view of jurisprudence and technical sciences. The legal nature of the smart contract and the scope of its application are analyzed. Automation of the fulfillment of obligations and digitalization of contract law in general should not create obstacles to the implementation of the fundamental principles of good faith and fairness, for the possibility of assessing the proportionality of the distribution of rights and obligations of the parties, the equivalence of their property grants.
