Crime and corpus delicti: problems of correlation

Аннотация / Annotation:
The article deals with a topical issue for the science of criminal law on the relationship between the concepts of “crime” and “corpus delicti”. The author substantiates the thesis that the corpus delicti is not needed in modern criminal law science, since it replaces the general concept of crime and does not clarify. It is proposed that the only basis for criminal liability is considered a crime, and not the corpus delicti.

The variants of tasks for students are proposed, allowing them to develop cognitive interest and research activities of younger schoolchildren, contributing to the accumulation of social experience.

In contrast to works exploring a historical anecdote, historical humor in its multifaceted, multifaceted manifestation is practically not touched upon in scientific works, which is compensated by this study. Historical humor can quite organically fit into the educational process within the framework of an institutional approach, as it is a valid source of socio-cultural information: it reflects reality, preserves cultural heritage, reflects the political realities of what is happening.
