Constitutional and Legal Regulation of Educational Relations in Countries of South Asia

Newly independent states of South Asia went a complex way of development of national systems of professional education. One of the most important directions of state policy in this field became development of national educational law and support of legal warranties for various groups of population in their access to professional education. In each country on the Indian subcontinent these processees have their specifics based on ethnic, cultural, social and economic reasons.

The global network is a multi-language environment, therefore using of network resources is actual thing in teaching of all disciplines. Computer training is oriented on development of a person, who wish to learn. The main target of teaching is in support of productive independent cognitive activity of a student.
