The comparative analysis of the results of didactic testing in Human Anatomy during intercourse knowledge evaluation of pediatric faculty students in 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 academic years is presented in the article. The study results allow to verify the methods of education measures evaluation. We determined the indicative levels of students mastering the topics of the subject, which were applicable to education quality monitoring at the Department of Human Anatomy.

The theme of the article is determined by the problems of socialization of migrants in modern Russia. The complex of problems arising in the field of politics, law, Economics, sociology, education, etc. dictates the need to develop a methodology, integrated techniques and organizational order to measure the indicative indicators characterizing the dynamic changes in the socialization of various socio-demographic groups of the migrating population. The article uses approaches to the implementation of research on “the system of indicators of labor activity of socio-demographic groups of the Russian Federation” in accordance with the state task of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation in 2019.

In this paper, we consider the main problems of qualification of crimes, the subject of which, in potential, is cryptocurrency. A legal assessment is given of the actions of the preliminary investigation bodies and the courts on the qualification of the committed acts. It analyzes the acts of regulators regarding the circulation of modern tangible and intangible monetary substitutes. Possible ways of overcoming the problems of qualifying theft of critical currency are suggested.
