The role of the digital educational content library in the educational environment – problems and solutions

The article discusses the new functions of electronic libraries in the context of digital transformation of education. The expansion of educational opportunities of libraries is shown, which contribute to improving the quality of the electronic information educational environment of an educational organization, one of the main components of which it is. At the same time, the main problems of the development of digital educational content are identified and ways to solve them are proposed.

Age differentiation of professional strategies of university teachers

The article analyzes the main professional strategies of university teachers of different ages. The features of professional activity and preferences of teachers of three age segments are revealed: up to 30 years, 30–60 years and over 60 years. It is shown that with age, the structure of professional activity of teachers is transformed, a more stable motivation for research work is formed, as well as the desire for stability in the professional sphere.

The article analyzes the main professional strategies of university teachers of different ages. Legal and political education contributes to the socialization of individuals in the constitutional field and forms their constitutional legal awareness and constitutional culture.

In a general orientation plan, students receive the information they need. But for those who, after school, will choose a specialty related to legal literacy, such knowledge is not enough. It is necessary to work out the issues of introducing into the educational process more specialized courses aimed at acquiring in-depth knowledge of legislation.

The article analyzes the normatively defined characteristics and types of e-learning resources and the impact of these resources on the students’ legal culture. Conclusions are made about the expediency of the integrated use of different types of e-learning resources in the formation of students legal competencies in conditions of blended learning. As the most promising resources for the higher education students legal culture development online courses, multimedia textbooks and virtual simulators are noted.
