Аннотация / Annotation:
The article analyzes approaches to understanding political and legal doctrine in modern science. Using general scientific methods and special techniques of cognition, the features of the general category of political and legal doctrines and its variety – state and legal doctrines are studied. The conclusion is formulated that the uncertainty in understanding the features of these categories can be eliminated in the process of systematizing the forms of scientific research on the theoretical foundations of pre-revolutionary state law.

The article analyzes approaches to understanding political and legal doctrine in modern science. Formation of the legal culture of a modern teacher: conceptual provisions

The article reveals a discrepancy between the need for targeted formation of the legal culture of future teachers and the lack of attention of researchers to the definition of the corresponding conceptual foundations. Conceptual provisions are proposed and substantiated as a guideline for the formation of the legal culture of a modern teacher, requirements for the selection of educational content are defined, the potential of project technologies for its implementation is revealed.

The article examines individual criteria for classifying civil transactions. Analyzing small everyday transactions, distinguished depending on the volume of financial investments, the author identified the characteristics of such transactions, and in order to avoid legal disputes, the expediency of legislatively enshrining these characteristics was proven. Also, in the course of studying transactions depending on the subject, the author identified the features of exchange transactions that distinguish such transactions from other transactions with securities.

The measures taken to reform and optimize the performance of the local police in the context of the revolution, making changes to the staffing structure, the impact of local conditions on the nature of the police service are considered. There is a dependence of approaches to the peculiarities of the police service on the domestic political course set by the central authorities and implemented by the local administration.
