The scientific-pedagogical activity is the special social function with the purpose to train pupils to live on a legal and cultural basis. This direction needs particular rules to regulate the pedagogical labour. There are many professional requirements in the Russian legislation such as a definite level of proficiency, a special order of taking pedagogical vacancies in higher educational institutions including competitive examinations and the professional control; special work time and rest time, foundations of the dissolution labour contracts with educational specialists.

Do we need a revision of the Russian institute of recidivism of a crime

This article offers a brief analysis of the latest changes and additions of Russian Federation Statues of Criminal Code norms and procedures. The changes apply during the recognition of recidivism existence and considering punishment as a consequence of recidivism. A conclusion has been made which had demonstrated that Russian Institution of Recidivism (can be found in current edition of Criminal Code, Statues 18, 68) is still far from perfection and is in need of certain corrections. In the result of multiple researches, changes are offered in the current edition of Criminal Code.
