Classification as a method of scientific analysis of sources of law

The article explores analytical and synthetic approaches to the classification of sources of law. Among the latter are traditionally distinguished: normative legal acts, normative contracts, legal doctrine, legal precedents, judicial acts, legal customs, etc. Along with the above, the modern theory of law raises to the rank of sources such phenomena as social relations, the will of sovereign subjects, the law-making process.

Specific ways of solving cadet education based on the implementation of legal norms in modern conditions in the subjects of the Russian Federation are proposed.
