The article analyzes the problem of modern legal regulation of the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in various fields, including education. The risks of using AI, the electronic subject of law, the division of legal responsibility, the quasi-subject of law, the legal features of the use of AI in education are considered. Contradictions in the modern legal regulation of the use of AI are revealed.
