The relevance of the problem concerned is due to the absence in the current criminal procedure legislation enshrined the procedural status of the teacher and psychologist. At the same time, in the cases prescribed by law, and their participation in the interrogation of a minor is required. Effective participation of the teacher and psychologist in the criminal case, as well as the amount of procedural powers are directly dependent on the purpose of attracting a teacher and a psychologist to participate in the pre-trial stages of criminal proceedings.
