The author makes an attempt to construct a medium term forecast of the needs of Moscow labor market on the basis of statistics and data of an expert survey. The aim of the medium term forecast is to give management recommendations to Moscow educational system for training personnel in both directions: as promising new professions and specialties and as the most demanded ones, taking into account the specifics of the region and the development strategy on the levels of separate spheres and the regional economy as a whole.

Abstract: The purpose of the article is to analyze the satisfaction of consumers and graduates of a sports university; their expectations and requirements for the educational process. We studied the level of satisfaction of graduate students with the quality of educational services at the Volga region Academy of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism. The research results allow us to identify the causes of difficulties and expectations of graduates, and on the basis of this to improve the quality of the educational process in the university.

The author criticizes the actions of the authorities of Poland and the Baltic States to destroy monuments to Soviet soldiers who covered themselves with unfading glory during the liberation of these countries.

The article is devoted to the most significant features that characterize the legal concept of the modern democratic regime in contrast to the concept of democracy, which was formed in ancient Greek political and legal thought on the basis of understanding the essential features of Athenian democracy. It is proved that the concept of democracy was originally included in the political discourse, originating in ancient Greek political and legal thought, but starting from the XIX century, in the conditions of rapid development of legal science, the legal concept of a democratic regime is formed, the content of which is significantly influenced by the concept of the rule of law.
