Modern doctrinal foundations and principles of legal education of the individual

Аннотация / Annotation:
Based on general scientific methods, the principles of legal education, which contribute to the achievement of its basic tasks, are formulated. A new definition of the essence of legal education as an activity for the development of stable legal concepts is given, and its content is proposed to understand the impact on consciousness with the help of special techniques. It is concluded that legal education is a systematic process of transferring legal knowledge and skills, forming legal beliefs and attitudes.

Some questions about the qualification of murder

In the article the author conducts a retrospective analysis of the criminal legislation in terms of establishing criminal liability for murder. The features of the qualification of murder under modern legislation are considered. The description of the murder is given through the prism of the signs of the objective side of the crime. the qualification of murder takes into account the amount and nature of the damage.

The article examines the legal regulation of the procedure for conducting individual selection for admission and transfer to training in educational programs of general education, special attention is paid to various approaches to the regulation of individual selection at the level of the subjects of Russia. Based on the results of the review, it is concluded that the practice of conducting individual selection is distinguished by significant diversity, as well as significant features depending on the subject of Russia.

The introduction of a lifelong learning system is an important element of educational policy. Unfortunately, the problem of this system of education has not been sufficiently studied in russian science. The paper deal with the topical issues of lifelong learning in the field of financial management, ensuring its continuity at various stages of education. The methodological foundations of the formation of a multistage system of training financial managers had been analyzed. The problem area of development of competencies in accordance with the continuity of the learning process at different levels of education had been identified.
