This article is a theoretical and legal study of the features of civil society as a self-organizing system. As a result, the author comes to the conclusion about the immanence of a number of synergetic properties to civil society, the knowledge of the specifics of which will allow to build the most adequate model of its interaction with the state, international organizations and other key subjects of legal life.

Administrative and disciplinary liability for violations of the educational process in schools in Germany

Based on the analysis of the original normative sources of German legislation, the article examines the measures of administrative and disciplinary liability for violations of the educational process in German schools. The problem of bringing to administrative responsibility for violation of the requirement of compulsory attendance at school has been studied in detail. The judicial practice on the issue of compulsory attendance of school lessons in the context of the spread of a new coronavirus infection has been studied.

The presence of an image plays a crucial role in the process of memorization. Sketchnoting is a visual fixation of information using a drawing and text. It affects not only a deeper understanding of the text, but also the memorization of information. With the help of sketches, the student independently controls the need to record information, and also creates his own sketch, which will be informative, unique and memorable for him. Sketchnoting is a very effective tool and a way to memorize new material. Undoubtedly, it is an effective tool for the transformation of the necessary theoretical material.
