Specifics of the sources of educational law

Educational law has firmly entered the scientific circulation, as a formed branch of law has its own subject, method of legal regulation, a system of principles and a system of sources of law. The sources of educational law have their own characteristics, which distinguishes them from other sources of law, in view of the specifics of regulated relations that arise in the field of education. The article presents several criteria for classifying the sources of educational law and outlines the features of these sources.

Neighborhood law as a new community of russian law

The article presents the author’s vision of the problem of identifying legal norms regulating systematic relations between neighbors, i.e. people living at close distance from each other, as a kind of unified community, namely, an institution within the branch of civil law, or a separate branch of the type of business law. The purpose of the study is to analyze the ways of regulating neighborhood relations in Russia. The result of the work is to determine the prospects for the development of neighborhood law in Russia, taking into account the fact that the domestic legal system is still quite mobile.

It defines the essence of contact work of asynchronous type and describes two ways of organizing asynchronous English classes using the e-learning course on the Moodle platform. The article also contains an analysis of experimental teaching with integration of the described options for asynchronous contact work and offers the authors’ conclusions.
