The relationship of socialization and legal culture of the personality of a university student

The article reveals the problem of the relationship between socialization and the legal culture of the individual. A new definition of “socialization of students” is presented, based on a sociocultural approach, and the results of an empirical study, which was conducted using the author’s questionnaire, which reveals the attitude of students to educational activities through the prism of law. It was revealed that students have conflicting views in relation to the law and need the support of socialization and the formation of a legal culture.
