Personal advantages and rights in obtaining higher education

Based on numerous studies, the article shows the advantages of a person with higher education: education not only determines the level of an individual’s financial situation, but also ensures better physical and cognitive health. At the same time, it is not clear on what legal basis restrictions on admission to educational institutions and the creation of a shortage of opportunities to obtain higher education are based, depriving many people of socially significant benefits.

Regulatory and legal aspects of assessing the quality of electronic courses

The article is devoted to the study of normative legal acts governing the processes of creation and implementation of electronic educational resources. Particular attention is paid to the systematization of indicators and criteria used to assess the quality of electronic courses. Based on the study, the need to develop unified standards and assessment methods aimed at ensuring the high quality of electronic learning and its compliance with modern educational requirements is substantiated.
