The article reveals the role of part-time academic staff in the educational activities of universities. The main problems of attracting part-time employees to scientific and educational work have been identified. The dynamics of the number, as well as the qualitative and structural characteristics of part-time employees working in educational organizations, have been analyzed at the current stage of higher education development.

The article explores the problem of the dissonance between the legal definitions of information law and their semantic load in the practice of digital communications. Specific terms are analyzed, and their transformation in the linguistic space of the Internet environment is identified. A comprehensive pedagogical methodology is developed to ensure effective assimilation of legal categories. The article concludes that it is necessary to integrate the digital context into the educational process.

The article provides a constitutional and legal analysis of the legal regulation of the definition and establishment of the list of fields of study and specialties of higher education, for which the maximum number of places for admission to paid education is established, in accordance with the amendments to the Federal Law on Education and the regulations of the executive authorities, in order to ensure compliance with the constitutional right of everyone to education and the freedom to choose a profession.

The need for appropriate court decisions and agreements on online communication between one of the parents and his/her child arises as a result of parental conflicts, their divorce, and various restrictions on the possibility of personal meetings between the parent and the child.
