The article reveals the content of the two most complex categories of ethics – “Honor” and “Dignity”. The importance of maintaining their honor and dignity at a high level by judges, prosecutors, and lawyers, as one of the conditions that ensure success in the moral and legal education of those participating and present at court sessions, and all those interested in their results, was noted. The article presents the normative legal acts of Russia that protect the honor and dignity of its citizens.

Determinants and consequences of corruption

This article examines the issue of the variety of causes and conditions that are factors in the emergence of manifestations of corruption, as well as the destructive consequences of corruption both at the national and international levels. The thesis is substantiated that the determinants of corruption determine the scale of its consequences for citizens, society, the state and the world community as a whole. The paper also argues that with widespread corruption, corruption becomes systemic, which is more difficult to control, and its consequences in all spheres of society become detrimental.
