The characteristic of the content of indicators of organizational and managerial competence is presented.

On the question of the possibilities of artificial intelligence in the construction of sanctions of criminal law norms

The author suggests evaluating the sanctions of criminal law norms using the mean square deviation. Such a model will make it possible to optimize the sanctions of criminal law norms that fully comply with the principle of justice, as well as to compare the practice of sentencing with the theoretical construction laid down in a specific sanction.
