Inclusively oriented education in the context of modern legislation

Аннотация / Annotation:
The article examines various aspects of inclusively oriented education of various categories of children who have deviations from normal physical, mental, and social development in the context of modern federal and departmental legislation. It is concluded that it is necessary to build the educational process taking into account the special adaptive capabilities of children, which also makes it possible for each child to learn and accept individual differences in the environment of the educational organization.

It is paradoxical, but true: the right of every citizen of the Russian Federation to multiple free higher education is regularized in the legislation on education, but is extremely rarely applied in practice. Features of the organization of employment of minors at the current stage

Based on the analysis of legislation, it was concluded that in relation to minors, the State continues to implement an approach to ensuring for this category of citizens the conditions for them to receive, first of all, general and professional education (including labor education), considering paid work as a secondary (additional) option for their pastime with the establishment of restrictions on admission to certain types of employment and preferential working conditions.
