V.S. Soloviev’s views on the state and law in the context of modernity

The article analyzes the legal doctrine of V.S. Soloviev in the context of his theory of universalism. The following issues of V.S. Soloviev’s concept are considered: the history of the development of the state and law, the moral essence of law, Christian universalism in law, the problem of punishment and others. The relevance of V.S. Solovyov’s theory for modern Russian philosophy of law is shown.

Agricultural education in the face of modern challenges

The article provides an analysis of the main directions of development of modern agricultural education. It is proved that the development of agricultural education is influenced by such factors as the ongoing reform of higher education and high-tech transformations of the agricultural sector of the economy. The need to improve the quality of agricultural education is emphasized, as well as the need for optimal use of modern digital technologies in the learning process.

The article examines the issues of regulation of legal monitoring in the subjects of the Urals Federal District. Sverdlovsk Oblast and the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug have specialized laws in this sphere, while in other subjects of the Urals Federal District monitoring is organized, but the regulation is fragmented. The authors propose to extend the practice of adopting specialized acts on monitoring in all subjects of the Urals Federal District, unify terminology, and improve the information and methodological foundations of monitoring.

Based on archival documents introduced into scientific circulation for the first time, the author significantly expands the scope of knowledge about the final period of the life and work of the prominent scientist, economist and teacher A.G. He revealed the factors that influenced the origin of church detective work in Russia.
