Conceptual Approaches to a Theory and Practice of Legal Socialization of a Human Being

The article covers an analysis of conceptual approaches to a theory and practice of legal socialization of a human being. Authors make a conclusion that there is a tendency of convergence of two main methodological approaches developed in 60-70ies of 20th century such as the theory of social training and the concept of cognitive development. Followers of the first of approach considered as a dominant of legal socialization of internal public environment, so followers of the second approach adopted internal factors (cognitive processes of legal consciousness and legal thinking).
