Аннотация / Annotation:
The article analyzes the system of national interests in the context of legal regulation. The national interests enshrined in the National Security Strategy of the Russian Federation, the Doctrine of Information Security of the Russian Federation, the Strategy for the Development of the Information Society in the Russian Federation for 2017-2030, the Doctrine of Food Security of the Russian Federation and other legal acts are investigated. The conclusion is made about the need to systematize legal acts that define national interests and establish various ways of their protection.

The article analyzes the system of national interests in the context of legal regulation. The national interests enshrined in the National Security Strategy of the Russian Federation, the Doctrine of Information Security of the Russian Federation, the Strategy for the Development of the Information Society in the Russian Federation for 2017-2030, the Doctrine of Food Security of the Russian Federation and other legal acts are investigated. The conclusion is made about the need to systematize legal acts that define national interests and establish various ways of their protection.

The article is devoted to the analysis of external and internal threats to educational security in the context of sanctions imposed by states unfriendly to Russia. The article considers measures aimed at countering foreign influence on the Russian education system, primarily higher education, and overcoming the negative consequences of such influence, and eliminating factors that hinder the development of the domestic education system.

The process of learning in an online environment during the COVID-19 pandemic

This article presents an analysis of the process of adaptation of teachers and students to the application of pedagogical methods on the distance learning platforms of a higher education institution in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic. The difficulties encountered by teachers and students in the transition from full-time education to distance education are considered. Based on the analysis of technical and pedagogical components, the system for assessing knowledge and the formation of competencies, possible solutions and corresponding conclusions on the research topic are given.

As a result of a focus group survey, the study revealed the problem of the defectiveness of the system of legal knowledge about the state among first-year students of law schools, which arises as a result of axiomatic statements about the state formed in high school. It is proposed to eliminate it by paying attention to the formation of a unified methodology for teaching courses in social science, history and the basics of law in high school.

The author emphasizes the qualification of multi-episode frauds and the establishment of their signs. Based on the analysis of the materials of a particular criminal case, signs of a continuing crime committed with unconcretized intent and criteria are formulated that make it possible to distinguish the totality of the crime from a single continuing crime.
