Transformation of educational terminology under the influence of digitalization

The article discusses the features of the transformation of educational terminology in the context of digitalization. It is noted that the terminology of regulatory legal acts in the field of education is changing. On the one hand, it is replenished with lexical units of information law, and on the other, it modifies traditional definitions, giving them a digital flavor.

The article describes the new educational module (discipline) “Fundamentals of Russian Statehood”, taught in Russian universities since September 2023. The authors show the first results of mastering the academic discipline with an emphasis on students’ self-esteem, identified during an anonymous survey among first-year students in the humanities and natural sciences.

The authors identified modern criteria for training future police officers to use physical force and indicated that there is no psychological component in them. The analysis of the study of the structure of psychological readiness allowed the authors to identify its elements and develop pedagogical conditions for their development, which are presented in the content of this article. The article also presents the results of experimental research work demonstrating the effectiveness of the developed pedagogical conditions for developing future police officers’ psychological readiness to use physical force.

The necessity of making appropriate changes in the legislation on bankruptcy is substantiated.
