Legal terminology is a very convenient conductor of political will, and, in some situations, a tool for manipulating the content of legal norms. Legal terminology is also a kind of “mouthpiece of transformations” in society and the state, because the terms reflect the emerging new public relations, demonstrate the political course chosen during this or that period of evolutionary or revolutionary changes in the country.

It is claimed that because of restricted choice of the topics, creation of the text with originality more than 70% is exclusively difficult task, so it’s provoking formation ethically of intense zones of relationship the teacher with the student. Is offered to reduce the normative level of originality of student’s texts via relevant local regulations.

The implementation of conceptual ideas is revealed on the example of the activities of the coordination center for working with gifted children and talented youth of Moscow State University.
