Measures of administrative punishment in the field of education: elimination of gaps

Currently, certain measures of administrative punishment (prohibition of admission, suspension of the license, cancellation of the license, deprivation of state accreditation) are provided only in the Federal Law on Education, but are not fixed in the Code of Administrative Offenses. In order to eliminate the gap in legislation, the author proposes to fix these measures of administrative punishment in Article 3.2. of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation.

A binary lesson is one of the organizational forms of learning involved in the implementation of active and interactive educational technologies. The paper proposes the definition of an interdisciplinary problematic binary lesson, the technological scheme of its organization and conduct. The principles on which they relied in the development of interdisciplinary problematic binary classes are formulated. The requirements to the teacher’s personality are considered. The practical application in the teaching of natural sciences is shown.

Federations were military-political associations of societies that entered into a single union in order to protect themselves from external threats. The reasons for the formation of unions of communities are shown. It is emphasized that the position and role of each federation depended on its composition, population and the ability to field large military forces. The features of the management system of the federations are shown, the issues of the military organization of the federations are disclosed.
