Legaltech in legal education: transforming the content of education

Аннотация / Annotation:
The article analyzes the transformation of the content of legal education under the influence of digital innovations. Key technologies (artificial intelligence, smart contracts, VR simulators) and the possibility of their integration into training programs for the formation of new competencies necessary for modern lawyers in the digital age are considered. Special attention is paid to the problems of implementation: technological barriers, resistance from the academic environment and ethical dilemmas. In conclusion, ways of adaptation are proposed: the creation of interdisciplinary courses, the development of EdTech partnerships and the formation of a digital ecosystem of legal education.

The specifics of the behavioral strategies of graduate law students in conflict situations: recommendations for teachers

This article presents the results of an empirical study devoted to the study of behavioral strategies in conflict situations of graduate law students. As part of the work, the analysis of the relationship between the choice of strategies and the personal characteristics of the respondents was carried out. The prevailing strategies are identified and their characteristics are described. The data obtained can be used as a theoretical basis for the development of programs for the correction and development of constructive conflict behavior among law students.

The complexities of organizing training and access to educational materials are analyzed.

The negative impact of the lack of financial knowledge on the financial condition of the population of the Russian Federation is shown, and their relevance has been repeatedly emphasized by President V.V. Putin. Noteworthy is the statistical material on the financial literacy index. The author’s opinion about the need to develop (educate) legal culture among young people is interesting. The author notes the lack of information on positive experience in teaching financial literacy in the regions, there are no assessments of the measures taken, and this is important in the development of a legal culture.

The article analyzes the relationship of thrash stream participants with their psychological and social traumas. The impact of violence, humiliation, and emotional trauma on participants is considered and a hypothesis is put forward about compensating for their experiences by observing the suffering of others.

The article is based on independent scientific research conducted from 2019 to 2025. In addition, the authors of the article have made suggestions for improving legislative activities in the field of the analyzed corpus delicti.

In order to optimize the criminal law mechanism for countering crimes related to suicide, the shortcomings in the normative regulation of articles 110, 110.1, 110.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation are highlighted, and the proposed amendments and additions are justified.

The article examines and evaluates the role of the local population in organizing and executing the escapes of exiled narodinks from Siberia in the 1870s to the early 1890s. The study of materials from sources and historiography concludes that assistance to political in their escapes was provided by representatives of various social groups of the local population. This assistance was of immense importance for the exiled narodniks in this period, as it provided them with everything that was so difficult to obtain in exile: money, transportation and documents.
