The methodology of science and applied analytics: the parameter of clarity of scientific writing and of research

The article explores the significance, content and features of such a quality parameter of scientific research and applied analytical research as clarity. The article gives an overview of the definitions and interpretations of the parameter «clarity of research» presented in the scientific literature. The author shows the place of the studied parameter in the total volume of other key parameters of the research, especially the interrelations with those.

Legal model of scientific and technological integration within the EAEU: conceptual analysis

The defining sign of the structure of power relations in the state

The position is consistently upheld in the article, according to which the dominance of the minority is an essential, in fact, a defining sign of the structure of power relations in a state-organized society. According to the author, this is inherent in everyone, including the so-called democratic countries. The work reveals and analyzes the causes of this phenomenon, and also describes the qualities inherent in the ruling elite.

Prospects for the application of the targeted training agreement

The advantage of targeted learning has traditionally been understood as the ability of the employer to train highly skilled workers who are ready to implement their skills in a particular organization, knowing its specificity and production activities. Legislative changes, regulations on target training came into legal force in January 2019, and was due to criticism of current enforcement practices. In the article the author analyzes the role of universities in the development of the institution relevant training and prospects of its application in the context of the new legal regulation.
